Woman killed, her husband among two critically injured in Rajouri mishap

Rajouri, Dec 08: A woman was killed while her husband and brother-in-law were critically injured after a car they were travelling in met with an accident in Manjakote area of Rajouri district on Tuesday.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a car met with an accident while it was on the way to Jammu from Mendhar.

He said that the car skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge, resulting in the death of the woman. He identified the deceased as Parveen Akther, wife of Mohammad Younis, a resident of Kalaban area of Mendhar. He said that her husband Mohammad Younis and brother-in-law, Sajad Mohammad also got injured in the accident and have been hospitalised
