VDC SPO’s daughter felicitated for qualifying JKAS exam

DODA: The Jammu and Kashmir Police Doda has felicitated the daughter of a Special Police Officer (SPO) under Village Defence Committee for qualifying Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services (JKAS) examination.

Chandan Manhas, daughter of VDC SPO Kulbir Manhas (No. 1123/SPO) is a resident of Parnote Thathri, who qualified JKAS examination 2020 and was awarded with DGPs special Commendation Certificate along with cash reward of Rs. 10,000.

Both Commendation Certificate along with Cash reward was handed over to   Chandan Manhas, presently posted as BDO Kastigarh, by SSP Doda Abdul Qayoom on behalf of Director General of Police, Jammu and Kashmir.

An official event was organized at District Police Office Doda on Thursday where SSP Doda handed over the certificate and cash reward to Chandan.

It is pertinent to mention here that Jammu and Kashmir police always recognizes the achievements of wards of police personnel and suitably reward them with cash reward as well  commendation certificates in order to boost the morale of other children/wards and to inculcate spirit of hard work among them.
