Two army officer injured in Anantnag road accident

ANANTNAG: An army major and a JCO were injured when a Casper vehicle they were travelling skidded off the road and rolled down into a gorge in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday.

Official said that Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicle of the army’s 19RR Army Casper met with the accident at Upper Hallan area of Verinag, resulting in injuries to two army soldiers Major Chetan Prajapati and Lance Naik Prashar Ravi. Both of them were shifted to GMC Anantnag for treatment, the officials added. (GNS)
