Three shops gutted in massive blaze at shopping complex in Soura

SRINAGAR: Three shops were gutted in a massive blaze that broke out at a shopping complex in the Soura area of Srinagar on Thursday morning.

Official sources told that fire broke out in a commercial shopping complex of Abdul Hameed Teli in Soura today morning, in which three shops got completely damaged.

They said that the shops included a bakery shop of Ghulam Mohammad Bhat son of Abdul Salam, Mobile Phone shop of Munir Ahmed Khan son of Merajuddin and a Barbershop of Shamim Ahmed.

“Soon after the incident, fire tenders were rushed to the area to douse off the flames, however, three shops were completely damaged before fire was brought under control,” they said. They said that the cause of fire was yet to be ascertained—(KNO)
