Srinagar police on Tuesday said to have arrested three accused persons for severely beating, Injuring two boys in Iddgah Park located in the downtown area.
The accused persons have been identified as Ahrar Sidiq Najar, Atif Zaffar Wani, and Haseeb Ahmad Mir all from Wanganpora.
They said that a case under relevant sections of law has been registered at Safakadal police station and the weapon of offence has also been recovered.
Srinagar police in a tweet said, “02 boys in Eidgah park were severely beaten & injured by some persons today, 03 accused persons namely 1. Ahrar Sidiq Najar 2. Atif Zaffar Wani 3. Haseeb Ahmad Mir from Wanganpora is arrested by police teams. FIR registered in Safakadal PS, the weapon of offence also recovered.”
