Sikh community leaders meet EAM Sushma Swaraj over terror attack in Afghanistan


A delegation of Sikh community leaders, representatives of Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee, Sikh community from Afghanistan and relatives of the family of Afghan sikhs killed in Jalalabad terror attack on Sunday met External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj in New Delhi.

During the meeting yesterday evening, Ms Swaraj condemned the suicide attack in Afghanistan that killed 13 members from the Afghan Sikh community. She also expressed her sincere condolences to the relatives of the victims.

Ministers of State for External Affairs Gen VK Singh, MJ Akbar, Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Vijay Sampla, Shiromani Akali Dal MP SS Dhindsa and officials were present at the meeting.
