JAMMU: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was at the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine at Katra here last night.
Sources in the Shrine Board said, Khan paid obeisance at the shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi in Katra Tuesday night.
Khan, dressed in a casual white t-shirt and blue jacket, reached the shrine late Tuesday night to pay his obeisance, they said, adding that the superstar returned back soon after darshan of the deity.
A brief video, purportedly showing the 57-year-old actor moving towards the Bhawan, is making rounds on the social media.

He had his face covered with a mask and a hoodie to avoid attracting attention. He was accompanied by his bodyguard, some local cops, and a few other members of his team.
He did not stop to interact with anyone and was seen quickly making his way inside the temple, offering his prayers, and leaving the premises.
Shahrukh’s visit to the holy shrine has come days before the release of his upcoming action thriller Jawan, directed by Atlee. The film, which also stars Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, Vijay Sethupathi, and Priyamani, has created a huge buzz among the fans with its songs and prevue.
Tuesday’s was Khan’s second visit to the revered temple in last nine month.
The actor had previously visited the temple in December 2022, over a month before the release of his blockbuster Pathaan.
