An accident occurred in Sangaldan, Ramban, wherein 3 people have been seriously injured. The locals blamed the poor condition of PMGSY roads for the accident.

Three people namely, Mohd Iqbal S/O Ab Gufar, R/O Behemdasa, Ab Razak S/O Ab Gufar, R/O Behemdasa, and Mohd Sharif S/O Mohd Asdullah R/O Behemdasa were driving in a Tata Sumo (JK064940), when they met with an accident on their way to Behemdasa.

“The injured were immediately taken to PHC Sangaldan for first aid, but might be shifted to GMC Jammu as they have got serious injuries,” said a local.

The locals regretted that the roads being built under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) are in very bad shape, and accidents occur frequently.
