REC inks pact with ALIMCO for distribution of aids and assistive devices to divyangjan

State-run Rural Electrification Corp (REC) today inked a pact with Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) for distribution of aids and assistive devices to 8,000 divyangjan (differently abled persons).

An REC statement said that REC Foundation, the CSR arm of the REC, committed financial assistance to ALIMCO for distribution of aids and assistive devices to more than 8,000 persons with special abilities in various states of the country.

The Memorandum of Agreement was inked between REC Foundation and ALIMCO in New Delhi today.
