Rajya Sabha Secretariat is organising a two-day interactive programme from tomorrow for the benefit of 71 newly elected and nominated Members of Rajya Sabha. Veteran sitting Members of the House will guide the new Members on the procedures and functioning of Parliament and particularly Rajya Sabha at the orientation programme. It will be inaugurated by Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu. Deputy Chairman, Rajya Sabha, Harivansh will give the welcome address.
