Rajnath Singh to join BJP’s poll campaign in Jammu.

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will join the BJP’s election campaign in Jammu province on Monday. Singh will address public rallies to support union minister of state in Prime Minister’s Office Dr Jitendra Singh and Jugal Kishor Sharma, party’s candidates from Udhampur-Doda-Kathua and Jammu-Poonch constituencies respectively.

He will address rallies at Bhaderwah in Doda district, Marh and Suchatghar in Jammu district.Union minister will arrive in Jammu on Monday morning and fly to Bhaderwah town.In the afternoon, Singh will address two rallies at Marh and Suchatghar of Jammu district and return to Delhi same day.

Singh is the third top BJP leader, who will be joining the campaign after Prime Minister Narendra Modi and party’s national president Amit Shah. With National Conference and Peoples Democratic Party not fielding candidates on two seats, the region will see a direct clash between the BJP and Congress. Polling on Jammu-Poonch seat will be held on April 11 while that on Udhampur seat it will be held on April 18.
