PULWAMA: Search operation at the gunfight site resumes after being suspended for the night in the Parigam area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday morning.
A top police officer said the operation was suspended yesterday due to darkness; however, the cordon was strengthened around the encounter spot.
As the first light of this morning came in, the search operation was resumed. He further said that its dense paddy field and operation may take longer. Yesterday, a gunfight broke out between militants and security forces in Parigam area.(GNS)
