SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Police has said it has arrested 6 persons from a gang involved in threatening, extortion of money from people in Srinagar.

In a tweet, Srinagar police wrote, “6 members of a criminal gang involved in robberies arrested. The modus operandi of the Gang was to threaten & extort money from people using Toy pistols, Walkie Talkie sets & other articles. FIR no 94/2022 registered under relevant sections in Zakura PS. 2 vehicles also seized”.
