PC MLA offers to quit if any PHE officer consumes water of Kupwara village and survives

Peoples Conference MLA Bashir Ahmad Dar here on Tuesday offered to quit from assembly if any officer of PHE department dares to consume dirtiest water of a village in his constituency and survives for more than two days.
According to the KNS correspondent, Deputy Speaker Nazir Gurezi when asked the MLA Bashir Ahmad Dar that he is making a statement on the floor of the house and does he believe in what he says, Dar bounced back and replied “I can tell you with authority that no one would like to take the water of that village even after a simple glance on the water flowing in the streams”.
Dar was speaking on the debate over the motion of grants for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control departments.
