Guru Nanak Dev Gurudwara located outside the Mubarak Mandi complex near Chowk Chabutra, Jammu, is the only Gurudwara which houses the idol of Guru Nanak Dev. It is the same place where Nanak is said to have rested under a tree for a while on his return journey from Kashmir to Punjab. To commemorate the sacredness of the place, Maharaja Sri Pratap Singh built this Gurudwara and got installed a marble statue of Nanak measuring 3 feet in height.
