SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Police Saturday said that it has booked a notorious car lifter under Public Safety Act in Srinagar.
The accused has been identified as Aijaz Ahmad Dar @ Irrah gola R/o Waheedpora Ganderbal. As per the police, several vehicles have been already recovered from the accused person.
Srinagar Police in a tweet informed, “Notorious car lifter namely Aijaz Ahmad Dar @ Irrah gola R/o Waheedpora Ganderbal booked under PSA and lodged in Kot Bhalwal Jail Jammu. He is the main accused in 7 FIRs of Car theft in Nigeen PS. From his possession, many vehicles/cars have been already recovered. Srinagar Police”.
