NCPCR asks JKP to lodge FIR against twitter

Jammu: Twitter has been in news for few months due to different controversies surrounding it. Now Twitter loses the legal immunity shield and the trouble is mounting for the microblogging site.

National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has written to DGP Jammu and Kashmir asking for an FIR to be filed against Twitter MD Manish Maheshwari and policy manager Shagufta Kamran over a video of a minor child with a gun. This video clearly signifies how terrorist organizations are targeting youngsters and training them to do the wrong deeds. In fact the commission has also asked to take action against Telegram as well.
