BANDIPORA: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Dr. Owais Ahmed who is also Chairman District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) today chaired a meeting of the DLIC on Mission Youth to review implementation of entrepreneurship initiative in the district.
The DC while reviewing the progress under Mission Youth, impressed upon all the concerned to enhance the pace of disposal of cases in order to facilitate the unemployed youth to derive maximum benefit from youth oriented schemes of Government.
Dr. Owais asked the officers to clear pending cases at the earliest and sought details of pending cases from concerned in order to assess the pace of the sanctioning process.
He instructed officers to ensure maximum coverage of the eligible persons for percolating down the benefits of the scheme among the youth.
The meeting was attended by General Manager DIC, District Social Welfare Officer Bandipora, Assistant Director Employment, Manager Lead Bank Bandipora , representatives of EDI and other concerned.
