SRINAGAR: Srinagar Police has claimed to have arrested a man for cheating aspirants on pretext of employment in Saudi Arabia.

The accused has been identified as Sameer Hassan from Beerwah area in Budgam.

Srinagar Police in a Tweet said, “One Fraudster namely Sameer Hassan Dar S/o Ghulam Hassan R/o Beerwah Budgam arrested. He cheated many aspirants on the pretext of employment in Saudi Arabia. Some female aspirants also alleged him using inappropriate words. FIR no 40/23 u/s 420,354,294,506 of IPC at Sadar PS”.
