Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha will today take up discussion on motion of thanks on the President’s address. The houses is also likely to discuss on the ongoing farmers’ protest during the motion of thanks.
Both the houses of the Parliament were adjourned yesterday without transacting substantial business as the opposition members created an uproar demanding discussion on the issue of farmers’ protest over the three new farm laws. Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar yesterday informed the Lok Sabha that the government is willing to discuss the three farm reform laws both inside and outside Parliament.
