Kathua’s Vishali gets “Rashtriya Gaurav Award”

Vishali Kalotra of Kathua was awarded ‘Rashtriya Gaurav Award’ and a ‘Certificate of Excellence’, in an international award ceremony held at India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi.
A seminar on- “Economic Growth and National Intergration” was also organized on the occasion by India International Friendship Society (IIFS).
Vishali Kalotra D/o Dhian Chand from Kathua is a Ph.D. research scholar in the Department of Human Genetics, GNDU, Amritsar and a recipient of DST INSPIRE fellowship from Govt. of India.
She has also got an opportunity to serve at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. In addition, she had presented a part of her research work at International conferences held at Milan, Italy and San Diego, California, US – both sponsored by the Govt. of India.
She was given this recognition by IIFS, New Delhi on account of her academic achievements and meritorious career in the field of Human Genetics.
It is pertinent to mention here that the India International Friendship Society felicitates the personalities across the country for their meritorious services, outstanding performance and remarkable role in their respective fields for the welfare of the society.
The ceremony was presided over by the distinguished dignitaries from different fields of the society. Permod Kohli, Former Chief Justice of the High Court of Sikkim was the chief guest of the function and presented awards to all the awardees.
