Johnson & Johnson joins hands with Telangana based Biological E Ltd to manufacture COVID-19 vaccine

US pharmaceutical company Johnson and Johnson has joined hands with Telangana-based Biological E Limited for the manufacturing of COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine named, Janssen Covid-19 is currently approved in US, Europe and other nations including Thailand and South Africa.

Johnson & Johnson has said in a media statement that it is working with Biological E. Limited on the manufacturing of the COVID-19 vaccine. It added that the company is working round the clock to develop and broadly activate manufacturing capabilities to supply COVID-19 vaccines worldwide
