Says, further delay will affect future studies and career prospects of students
SRINAGAR: Jammu & Kashmir Students Association, here today requested Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and President & Principal, of Government Medical College Srinagar/Jammu to allow the students of Physics, Chemistry & Maths branch to get registered on the Jammu and Kashmir Paramedical Council (JKPMC)
In the statement, the Association’s National Co-Convener Danish Lone said that they received the information from Physics, Chemistry & Math (PCM) Students of Jammu & Kashmir regarding their registrations, where the students are alleging that the Jammu and Kashmir Paramedical Council (JKPMC) is not allowing the students of the mentioned branches to go for the registration. And it’s also being alleged that some of the Colleges & Universities across India are still giving chances to the students belonging to the particular branches to get admitted.
Taking note of their genuine demand, in this regard Association’s Communication General Secretary Faizan Peer requested authorities to consider this request on humanitarian grounds, keeping in view the precious career of students. Faizan further requested JKPMC to consider the demand of these students and start the aforementioned registration process. This step will help the students to save their future and will assist them in finding better opportunities, he added.
