J&K saw 841 positive cases, 4 deaths in June

SRINAGAR: Four Covid deaths and 841 cases of the infection were reported in Jammu and Kashmir in the month of June, official data said.

As per the data available 841 cases, including 256 from Kashmir and 585 from Jammu were reported in May. Besides, the month saw a single death from Kashmir while Jammu saw three deaths.

The data said that 206 cases and one death was reported in J&K in May month and 275 cases and a single death was reported in the month of April 2022.

The data further said that March saw 275 cases and single death, two deaths and 740 cases in February, 17,572 cases and 74 deaths were reported in J&K besides that 146 deaths and 94,135 cases were reported in January. In December last year, 52 deaths and 4,438 cases were reported in J&K—(KNO)
