J&K Based Director Shahid Kazmi acquired 5 Nominations in Bollywood Film fare OTT awards

In an adrenaline rush when youth of Jammu and Kashmir is known for its talent in art, cinema, craftsmanship and aesthetics , Hailing from a small village of Poonch District Shahid Kazmi who marked a milestone in 2013 by making first Hindi Bollywood picture from Jammu and kashmir  Damini the victim and creating history .Now this a  moment of pride and an inspiration as well when Directed projects of   talented guy has been nominated for 5 film fare OTT awards announced in December 2019 which is one of the biggest award in Bollywood, before this no one from Jammu and Kashmir has been nominated in this category. Directed by Shahid Kazmi 92 hours a crime thriller which was released in 2019 on Primeflix OTT platform bagged 4 nominations in main lead best actor and actress category and two of supporting roles respectively actors included Arjun Manhas, Shrutika Gaokkar, Tarik imtiaz and inderneel Bhattacharyya, where as Pending Love film Directed by Shahid Kazmi again acclaimed Nomination for best actor in male category for which Actor Shoib Kazmi was being nominated.

Shahid Kazmi  has directed almost 10 Hindi films so far among Damini The Victim, Shadi ke Patasey, Pending Love, Lateef to Ladin are stupendous and released,  he keeps his eye on the talent and canvas of Jammu and Kashmir and so most of his projects are shot in Jammu and Kashmir which promoted tourism, talent, art and heritage of union territory. He expects that the UT government must come forward for Filmmakers and join hands to grant them abet and other necessary help like other states give so that I future more and more projects can be framed in Jammu and Kashmir. His upcoming projects including films like Dust, most promising web series of categories  Crime thrillers, Satires and Melodrama are Mission 70, Lahore Diaries , Gangsters and others.
