JEE Main 2021 exam dates have been announced. Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has announced that April exam will be held from July 20 and May exams will be held from July 27.
Joint Entrance Examination, JEE Main 2021 exam dates for the postponed April and May session have been announced. Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has informed that the JEE Main exam 2021 for April session will be held from July 20 to July 25 and May session will be held from July 27 to August 2, 2021.
He has not shared any update on NEET 2021 exam dates as yet. Students, however, were hoping for the same as well.

Over 12 lakh students have already appeared for the JEE Examination and an equal number of students have now been waiting to appear for the examination. National Testing Agency, NTA was scheduled to conduct the April session on April 27 – April 30 while May was scheduled for May 24 – May 27. These sessions were postponed when second wave hit the country.
JEE Main 2021 Exam Dates: Latest Updates
- In the Education Minister live, he announced that students who didn’t register due to COVID-19, will now be allowed to apply again.
- NTA has allowed JEE Main Application to be filled by these students from tonight, July 6 till the night of July 8, 2021.
- Students will also be allowed to change their exam centres. This has been done to make sure that students who might have changed their location in the meantime will be able to get the nearest location.
- This time JEE Main Exam 2021 will also be held in 13 different languages.
After many months of wait, students got an answer on JEE Main 2021 dates. The JEE Main for previous two attempts was cancelled due to the on-going COVID-19 crisis in the country. Students had been waiting a long timefor this update.
In his live, the Education Minister said, “Students will now get multiple chances to improve their performance at the JEE exam. So if a student did not perform well in one attempt, he/she can attempt it three more times in a year.”

Last time when the Education Minister went live, even then students awaited some information on JEE Main 2021 Dates. However, no such information or update was received.
Some students have also been waiting for updates on NEET 2021. However, as of now there is no clarification on the dates of that exam. Even though Supreme Court has mandated the governing body to announce the dates in 2 weeks, we don’t know any new update as of now.
