Jammu University organises Workshop on Structural Equation Modelling

Jammu: Post-Graduate Department of Commerce (SAP-DRS III), University of Jammu organized a Two-Day workshop on Structural Equation Modelling: Skill-Enabled Learning on Friday.
Dr. Neeraj Kaushik, Head, Department of Business Administration, National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra was the resource person. The participants were given hands-on sessions for running data analysis on AMOS and Smart PLS version 4.
Further, the resource person deliberated with the participants on the concepts regarding correlation, regression, reliability and validity, multicollinearity and normality of data.
The resource person also dwelt on the art of writing research papers for high-end journals with a good impact factor. Fifty-two participants from various departments of University of Jammu, viz., Department of Commerce, The Business School, Department of Economics, ICccR& HRM, Directorate of Distance Education and Bhaderwah Campus; Cluster University of Jammu, viz., SPMR College of Commerce and MAM College; Central University of Jammu and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, attended the workshop. Dr Jyoti Sharma was the Co-ordinator and Dr Rupa Mahajan was the Deputy Co-ordinator of the workshop.
