Jammu: Jammu district have become first in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir to get COVID vaccination over 50 per cent of 45 and above population.
Taking to microblogging site, Deputy Commissioner Jammu Anschul Garg on Sunday said, “Kudos to team Jammu as it becomes the first district in J&K to vaccinate over 50 per cent of its estimated 45+ population.”
“2.14 lakh jabs to accomplish the milestone thanks to people led vaccination drive. Let’s keep the TikaUtsav going till we vaccinate all,” the Deputy Commissioner tweeted.
