Indian Air Force Chief leaves for France today on an official visit

Indian Air Force Chief, Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria has left for France today on an official visit. The five-day visit of IAF Chief will enhance potential avenues for strengthening the level of interaction between the two Air Forces. He will hold meetings and discussions with senior military leadership of France and visit operational facilities and airbases. The visit comes after Gen Philippe Lavigne, Chief of Staff, French Air and Space Force visited India in February last year. The two Air Forces have seen significant operational interaction in the recent past. The Defence Ministry said, the visit of Air Chief Marshal Bhadauria will be a significant step in further enhancing mutual cooperation.
