India reports 12,591 new Covid19 cases, 29 deaths

NEW DELHI:  India on Thursday reported as many as 12,591 new Covid-19 cases which is nearly an increase of at least 20 per cent more than the previous day.

According to the data from Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry, The country’s active caseload currently stands at 65286 – 0.14% per cent of the total cases.

There were also 29 new deaths. Four deaths were reported in Chhattisgarh, five in Delhi, two in Himachal Pradesh, three in Karnataka, one each in Puducherry, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, and Punjab and six in Maharashtra, two in Rajasthan. In Kerala, two deaths were reported in the past 24 hours. (AGENCIES)
