There persons including a husband wife duo died in a road accident that took place in Kapran village of Verinag area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
The trio were travelling in a Maruti Van bearing registration number, JK03E- 1002, which skidded off the road and fell in a 200 feet deep Nallah at Hingipora, in Kapran Verinag area of Anantnag district.
The couple was identified as Mohammad Din Bimla (50), son of Ahmed Din, his wife Hajra Begum (45).
The driver of this vehicle also died in this accident who was identified as, Mohammad Yousuf Bimla son of Kalu Bimla (35).
All the three deceased were hailing from Ring Mandoo, Kapran Verinag.
According to locals, there was a mild snowfall going on in the area, which led to the slippery conditions of the roads.
The bodies were retrieved by the locals instantly after the accident and informed the police about the incident.
