Jammu: Asserting that the government is working on to dismantle the ecosystem of militants, Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha said the government has identified anti-social elements, who are attempting to disturb peace.

He refused to comment in the remarks of former J&K Satya Pal Malik that the situation was better during his tenure. He added that comparison of data will justify the picture about the prevailing peace in Jammu and Kashmir.

“Home Minister Amit Shah in parliamentary and Prime Minister on Narendra Modi have already assured polls. And there is no reason for not holding elections,” he said
“We have been working on to destroy ecosystem of militants. Militants are visible but the certain anti-social like elements like people involved in terror funding are disturbing peace in J&K. We are working to act simultaneously on this,” Manoj Sinha said during an interaction with news channel.
He added that with blessings of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi the whole ecosystem of militants will be destroyed soon.

Asserting that the no mercy for terror sympathizers, Sinha added that the talks with only people of Jammu and Kashmir including political parties as the parties are elected by the people. “ This is the new strategy of government as earlier the people who have intentions to disturb peace were provided facilities like medical treatments.”

He assured that in next six months the government will provide adequate power supply. “ In 2023, we will be in situation to supply 24*7 power,” Sinha said responded to query on power supply.
