HC adjourns 47 review petitions in Roshni case for Jan 28

Jammu:  A Division Bench of J&k High Court comprising Chief Justice ( A) Rajesh Bindal and Justice Sanjay Dhar earing the Roshni review petitions for some time adjourned the same for 28 January 2021 for hearing of all matters together as Court observed that all matters could not be heard and now the High Court would be closed for winter vacations.

 Today 47 Review petitions was listed which was adjourned to poor connectivity.

The J&K UT was represented by Mr D C Raina Advocate General with Mr Aseem Sawhney Addl. Advocate  General who submitted before the DB that he was ready to argue the Review Petition filed by UT Government.

 Other counsels who appeared were Mr Z A Shah, Mr Jehangir Iqbal Ganai, Mr Azhar Ul Amin, Mr Altaf Haqqani, Mr Sunil Sethi, Mr Gagan Basotra, Mr Rohit Kohli, Mr  R A Jan, Ms Monika Kohli and battery of lawyers appeared.

Mr S S Ahmed and Ankur Sharma also appeared.
