SRINAGAR, May 07: Suspected militants hurled a grenade on security forces in Nawa Bazaar area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district here on Friday.
Confirming the incident to GNS, a senior police officer said that two CRPF personnel, one cop and a civilians received splinter injuries after militants lobbed a grenade on a joint team of forces.
All the injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. Soon after the attack whole area has been cordoned off, he said. More details emerging.(GNS)
