Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir, General Administrative Department on Monday sanctioned the constitution of Union Territory Level High Powered Committee (UTLHPC) for strategic urban planning in the UT of J&K.

Chief Secretary, J&K will be the Chairman of the UTLHPC.
