JAMMU: NSS Unit ,NCC Unit, other students and all teaching and non-teaching staff of Govt. Degree college Mendhar welcomes new principal Dr. Mohd Azam in college here today.Principal chamber of GDC Mendhar was vacant from last 2 months after the retirement of Prof.Dilip Kumar Raina .
Dr. Mohd Azam was working as Principal GDC Mandi for last 2 years and now he joined as Principal GDC Mendhar .Students ,teaching and non-teaching faculty express their excitement on the appointment of Dr Mohd Azam .
Apart from Senior most faculty member Dr.Mohd Shafiq (IQAC Coordinator and HOD Mathematics) and Prof.Mohd Shokat (HOD Chemistry)other teaching staff including Prof. Mohd Akram (HOD Education), Prof.AA Choudhary (HOD English),Dr Ajaz Ahmed Banday(HOD Persian),Prof Javid Manzoor (HOD EVS), Dr.Asad Imran (Assistant Professor Urdu And NSS PO),Dr.Z.A Shah (HOD Geography) Dr.T.A Khan(HOD Economics), Prof.Murtaza Ahmed (HOD Pol.science), Dr Shahid Aziz(HOD Arabic)Dr. Mazhar(AP Pol Science), were also present on the occasion.
