Srinagar: Five CRPF personnel and a cop of Jammu and Kashmir Police were wounded in a grenade blast during a search operation in Arwani area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Saturday.
Reports said that the forces were withdrawing from Hassanpura area of Arwani following clashes during a search operation when the blast took place.
They said that five CRPF personnel and a cop of Jammu and Kashmir Police were wounded in the blast.
The injured were rushed to sub-district hospital Bijbehara for treatment.
