Farm bills will give farmers a chance to sell their produce anywhere for higher price: Prakash Javadekar


Union Minister Prakash Javadekar today said, the two farm bills passed today will give farmers a chance to sell their produce anywhere for a higher price and will end farmer’s compulsion of selling at APMC. He said, farmers will be able to sell wherever he gets a higher price. The Minister said in a series of tweets that farmers will also get a golden opportunity to get more income from contract farming. He said, this is the moment of liberation for farmers from exploitation and they will get the rightful value for their produce.
Mr Javadekar has also condemned opposition parties for their unruly behaviour in Rajya Sabha. He said, the opposition parties have disgraced the Rajya Sabha this undemocratic action.
