ESPA Learn leaves Gulf investors, Govt impressed with ideas in education

A presentation on these ideas was made at the Gulf Investment Summit at Srinagar on Tuesday by ESPA Learn Managing Director and Chairman Shivang Satya Gupta in presence of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, his Principal Secretary Nitishwar Kumar, Principal Secretary Industries and Commerce, Ranjan Prakash Thakur, and other dignitaries.

Impressed by innovative education solutions, the Gulf investors showed keen interest in ESPA Learn presentations which also triggered a series of one-on-one discussions with Shivang Satya Gupta on the summit sidelines.

The ESPA Learn was a key highlight in terms of participation from the Jammu region, particularly in the education sector. “While we are fully capable and competent to work at national level and also abroad but our deep desire is to reform the education system and attract more investments in Jammu region which has got very little attention in the past”, Shivang Gupta said.

Gupta gave a presentation about the EdTech products of the ESPA Learn. Delegates from gulf countries took a keen interest in his presentation. He also answered to some of the queries raised by the delegates about the products showcased. The investors appreciated the efforts of Shivang Satya Gupta for his in-depth research in the Education sector and efforts for making J&K a global hub for education and EdTech.

Several Gulf Investors took keen interest in the SP Smart Schooling system, a flagship service of ESPA Learn Pvt Ltd, a registered edtech startup. This service of ESPA Learn transforms conventional schools into futuristic smart schools with integrated programs to make schools one stop solution for learners vis a vis preparation for entrance exams for higher education, skill development and emerging sector specific skills.

In a series of meetings with Investor from Kenya, UAE, Dubai and other Gulf countries the top management of ESPA Learn Pvt Ltd under the chairmanship of Shivang Satya Gupta the process of signing up of various MoUs begin for the expansion of the services of ESPA Learn abroad.

Pertinent to mention here that entrepreneurs and CEOs from different countries including Dubai, UAE were present at the summit.

Ranjan Prakash Thakur, Business Secretary Industry, Commerce and Aviation, Government of Jammu and Kashmir said that the government had been engaging with the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and now looking for a concrete outcome.

Jammu and Kashmir government is hosting a Gulf Investment Summit in Srinagar to strengthen ties and boost investment opportunities in the region. Delegates from over thirty-six countries are attending the event.
