JAMMU, DECEMBER 08: Director Indian Systems of medicine Dr. Mohan Singh visited Bhaderwah and convened meeting with ADC Bhaderwah, Dr. Rajinder Khajuria and Tehsildar Bhaderwah, Zeeshan Manhas.
After elaborated deliberations physical position of the demarcated state land for the establishment of Institute of High Altitude Medicinal Plants was taken over. Director ISM also got the mutation of the land done through revenue authorities.
Director ISM also visited Kishtwar and had detailed meeting with Deputy Commissioner Angrez Singh Rana and Executive Engineer PWD (R&B) Manjeet Singh regarding the road connectivity to the 50 bedded integrated AYUSH Hospital Kishtwar.
The Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar assured that necessary steps will be taken regarding the matter and funds for the road will be projected under specific plan.
Director ISM had meeting with all the Medical Officers of District Doda, Kishtwar and Ramban in which the many important issues were discussed including punctuality of the staff availability of the medicines, proper maintenance of official records, availability of Para Medical and ministerial staff and repair and renovation of ISM Dispensaries.
Director ISM instructed the medical officers that the land be identified for the construction of ISM Dispensaries. The medical officers assured that the availability of state land will be explored and the revenue authorities will be approached for the acquisition of the land.
