A Delhi court on Tuesday allowed the Enforcement Directorate to interrogate Christian Michel for two days in AgustaWestland VVIP chopper scam case.
Special CBI Judge Arvind Kumar allowed the ED to question the alleged middleman inside the Tihar jail in Delhi. The ED had requested the court to let them confront Michel with fresh documents to further record his statement.
Michel was arrested by the agency last year in December after his extradition from Dubai.
Michel is among the three alleged middlemen being probed in the scam by ED and the Central Bureau of Investigation. The other two are Guido Haschke and Carlo Gerosa.
