NEW DELHI: In the last 24 hours, India has reported as many as 3016 new Covid19 cases and 14 deaths.

More than 3000 cases show a spike of 40 per cent since Wednesday taking the total positive cases to 13509 across the country. The daily positivity rate has been recorded at 2.7 per cent and the weekly positivity rate at 1.71 per cent.

With 14 deaths, the country’s COVID-19 death count has surged to 5,30,862. Among the 14 deaths, three are reported from Maharashtra, two from Delhi, one from Himachal Pradesh and eight from Kerala.
