NEW DELHI: India has recorded 11,692 new Covid-19 cases and 28 deaths in 24 hours

According to the Union government data released on Friday, the active caseload in the country climbed to 66,170. Active cases thus now comprise 0.15 per cent of the total infections in India and the national Covid-19 recovery rate has been recorded at 98.67 per cent, the ministry said.
