Jammu: The share of travellers in Covid-19 positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir which was over 45 percent in month of June has reached now to 17 percent.
As per official data among 38,864 cases 6,668 are travellers which constitutes 17.15 percent of the total cases detected positive in the J&K.
In Kashmir out of 29,568 total cases 2,376 are travellers which constitutes 08 03 percent of cases detected in the division.
Notably in Kashmir division, the share of Travellers was over 34 percent in month of June
Furthermore in Jammu division out of 9,296 positive cases 4,292 are travellers which constitutes 46.17 percent of total cases detected in the division.
In Srinagar out of 9,499 cases 676 are travellers which constitutes 07.11 percent of the total cases detected in the district while as out of 2862 cases 180 are travellers in Baramulla which is 6.27 percent of the total cases.
In Pulwama, out of 2700 positive cases, 110 are travellers which is 4.07 percent of the total cases and in Kulgam district out of 1,944 positive cases 312 are travellers which is 16.04 percent of the total cases.
In Anantnag the share of travellers is 6.27 percent, 14 percent in Kupwara, 05.95 percent in Bandipora, 14.41 percent in Budgam, 5.37 percent in Ganderbal and 3.6 percent in Pulwama.
In Jammu districts the share of travellers in positive cases is 43.14 percent in Jammu district, 43.72 percent in Ramban, 57.20 percent in Kuthua, 36.39 percent in Udhampur, 57.18 percent in Samba, 60 percent in Poonch, 41.86 percent in Rajouri, 39.00 percent in Reasi, 44.60 percent in Kishtiwar and 53.70 percent in Doda.
Pertinently there are 38,864 positive cases at present, among them 30,079 have recovered and 8,053 are active.
