Country’s COVID-19 recovery rate improves to 94.93%

India’s active COVID caseload has further declined to 11,21 671.

There has been a net decrease of 46,281 in active cases in last 24 hours.

According to Health Ministry, India reported less than one lakh cases for the 4th day with 91,702 new cases in last 24 hours. 
 
Recoveries continue to outnumber the daily new cases for the 29th consecutive day.

The recovery rate improved to 94.93 percent.

1, 34,580 patients recovered during the last 24 hours taking the total recoveries to over 2, 77,90,000 across the country so far.

3403 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours taking the death toll to 3,63,079.

Testing capacity has been substantially ramped up and 37.42 crore tests have been conducted in total.

Over 24.6 crore Vaccine Doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive.
