Communications Minister Manoj Sinha today launched Internet Telephony service of BSNL at a function in New Delhi. The service will enable mobile users to use landline network of BSNL for all their internet-based mobile operations, including video conferencing, video calling and all other activities. To use this service, mobile users need to download BSNL’s Application, WINGS. After connecting landline network, no Sim Card is required for mobile operations.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Sinha said, his ministry is putting all possible efforts to help BSNL survive in the tough market conditions. He said, BSNL has to emerge as a strong player to retain its old glory of excellence and increase in its market share indicates that BSNL has potential to achieve this feat.
