Civil Defence, Jammu organised 5 days CD training in border area

JAMMU: On the directions of Directorate of HG, CD and SDRF J&K, Civil Defence, Jammu started 05 days CD Training at border village Allah of Tehsil Arnia. The programme was inaugurated by Dy. SP.  Anita Pawar Deputy Controller Civil Defence, Jammu. In the training program large number of the Civilians of the border area participated. During these five days training, causality evacuation ( zig zag movement) lifting and moving an injured person, how to escape from enemy’s  fire, tactical movement i.e zigzag crawling etc will be imparted to the participants.

Apart from the training program, formation of the Civil Defence Committees in the border villages will also be undertaken in near future. This is going to create awareness among the people to face any untoward situation. Besides other participants Ms Rajani Bala  BDO Arnia and Mrs. Kamlesh Kumari Sarpanch, Village Allah, also attended the programme. Residents of the area very much appreciated the programme, organized by the Civil Defence.
