Studied from Royal Holloway, University of London, Counsellor by profession, currently working at KC Public School, Jammu and working with the renowned psychologist Dr. Chand Trehan. Also, a member of CARE NORTH organisation, Chetna Khullar is an eminent personality of Jammu and a pioneer in kindergarten with the name MAGIC YEARS.

She has been running the school since past 23 years. She did her education from Delhi Public School, RK Puram, New Delhi and Delhi University.
