New Delhi: Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE has released the Board Examination 2019 date sheet on cbse.nic.in. The time table for CBSE 10 12 Board Examination 2019 was released two days ago. Soon after the release of the date sheet, however, students have reached out to CBSE for rescheduling CBSE 12 Exam Dates for Biology and a few other examinations. On twitter, students have asked the board to rethink the two day gap for Biology and Physics examination. No requests for rescheduling CBSE Class 10 Exam Date Sheet 2019 have been made yet.
Teachers, when contacted for the same, however, seemed to dismiss the requests. As per a few teachers, the gap is reasonable and students have to understand that the board examinations must be completed within a limited time span. One senior Physics teacher when asked noted that “Two days to revise is sufficient, provided the student has put in enough time throughout the year.” Related | CBSE Exam Date Sheet 2019 for Class 10, 12 released on cbse.nic.in – Download now and check changes made this year
Students have raised questions about the gaps in Physical Education. To this query too the teachers pointed out that there is hardly any gap. It’s all about the combination of subjects students have and there are examinations on almost every day of March, barring the Holi Holiday.
Whether or not CBSE would look into the requests for rescheduling the examination, however remains a question. Last year the board had, after a similar request, rescheduled one examination. Experts counter that this year it may not be possible as there is hardly any gap.
Also, experts pointed out, science papers cannot be pushed to the end of the present schedule as the entrance examinations would start soon enough. CBSE Class 12 Board Examinations 2019 end on April 3, 2019 and the JEE Main 2019 is scheduled to begin from April 6, 2019. Also, the medial entrance examinations would also begin from April with NEET 2019 scheduled for May 5.
