The Central Bureau of Investigation, CBI has summoned former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh for questioning tomorrow in connection with the corruption allegations levelled against him by former Mumbai Police commissioner Param Bir Singh.
Deshmukh had resigned on April 5th from his post after the Bombay High Court directed the central probe agency to conduct preliminary investigations into allegations against him.
CBI has summoned Deshmukh after recording the statements of his two personal assistants yesterday.
